Campaign Description
Brand Name: Slayer Esports
Campaign Name: Slayfest
My campaign is to showcase Esports to the wider gaming community in the form of a multi-game event, coupled with an Amateur Esports tournament.
This event would act as an introduction for regular/casual gamers into the fast-paced world of professional Esports.
The event allows Esports teams, such as my brand, Slayer Esports, to scout out new talent in the tournament, while also having booths available for existing and new fans, to buy team merchandise and learn more about the teams. The event also allows existing fans to meet, and play with, their esports heroes.
Deliverables
Merchandise
Wearable Merchandise and Accessories such as Jerseys, Hats, Phone Cases, Water Bottles, etc, are a staple of the average Esports fan’s merchandise collection. Fans love to represent their favorite team, whether it be at an event or just out and about on a regular day.
Social Media Post
Social Media Pages/Posts/Ads are a great way to connect with gamers. The social media pages would keep you up-to-date with all event news. Social Media Posts on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and especially in Esports/Gaming communities in Discord, would bring the most attention to the event, as that is the most common place to find large groups of gaming communities. Social Media Advertisements would effectively do the same thing, however, they would target people who are not yet part of said communities.
Poster
Posters would be hung in Internet Gaming Cafes, Technology Stores, and Schools. These are the places most likely to be frequented by gamers, so they’ll be most likely to see the poster. The poster would feature the date, location, and possibly a quick summary of what the event is all about.
Disclaimer: The people featured on the banner poster and social media post are professional League of Legends players:
Raaz "Whynot" Alfassi Berman (Left) and Toby "Udysof" Horne (Right)
I have their express permission to use said images.
